We have interest areas in every classroom to provide children with a variety of learning experiences, including art, writing, library, dramatic play, construction/building, music, sensory, science, Spanish, sign language, puzzles, manipulatives, and learning games. The daily schedule provides a balance of child-directed and teacher-directed activities, and all classes have indoor/outdoor large muscle time daily. Teachers foster children's social, emotional, intellectual, and physical development by actively engaging in the activities and providing encouragement, support, and guidance. Young children learn best through positive play experiences in which they are free to explore and learn with hands-on activities.
