About the Staff


Kelly Sadlovsky is an owner and director at PTP. She has a Masters Degree in Education with an emphasis in Early Childhood Education from Concordia University. Kelly is currently working towards a PhD in Education with an emphasis in Professional Studies at Capella University. She has been working in the field of early childhood education for over 19 years with roles as director, classroom teacher, family advocate, and trainer.  Kelly is also an adjunct professor at Concordia University in the Department of Child and Family Education.  She lives in Inver Grove Heights with her husband and has three children. 



Elisabeth Meyer is an owner and director at PTP.  She has a Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education from Concordia University, and is currently working towards a Masters Degree from St. Catherine University. She has been working in the field of early childhood education for over 10 years, with roles as director, classroom teacher, and family advocate.  Liz lives in the Cathedral Hill neighborhood of St. Paul, and she loves to cook.  She teaches a cooking and literacy class at the center, and it's one of her favorite parts of her job!




Amanda McNulty is the lead teacher in the Panda Bears classroom (young preschool) at PTP.  She has a Bachelors Degree in Education from Concordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota.  She has been in the field of education for over 8 years with roles teaching several different age groups.  Amanda lives in Bloomington with her husband and they are hoping to start their own family soon. 



Alison Todd is a lead teacher in the Polar Bears classroom at PTP.  She has an AAS Degree in Early Childhood Education from Rasmussen College.  She has been working with young children for over six years, and she has enjoyed all the different classrooms she's been a part of.  Alison lives in Inver Grove Heights, and she enjoys spending time with her friends and family and shopping.




Hannah Johnson is the lead teacher in the Care Bears classroom (infant room). Hannah attended both the University of Minnesota and Carleton College. Hannah has experience as a lead teacher in licensed child care settings, as well as several years experience as a nanny. Hannah's son is in the Grizzly Bear preschool room at PTP. Hannah enjoys theater, music, reading, knitting, and crafts. Hannah lives in Mendota Heights with her husband and son.


Jennifer Barber is a teacher at PTP working with multiple classrooms. She is currently completing her AA degree in Early Childhood Education at Rasmussen College. Jennifer has experience working in licensed childcare programs, and she lives in West St. Paul.


Andrea Nightengale is a substitute teacher at PTP. She is currently pursuing her BA degree from Concordia University, St. Paul, in Elementary Education. Andrea has a variety of experience in licensed childcare programs. She lives in Inver Grove Heights with her family.

Melissa Sundlin is a substitute teaching aide and a volunteer intern at PTP. She currently attends Rasmussen College and is pursuing her AA Degree in Child Development.


Nicol Hamilton is a certified food manager at PTP, and she also assists in our classrooms daily. Nicol attended both Normandale College and Brown College, and is continuing her education at Capella University. She has worked with children in various roles for over 7 years. She lives in St. Paul, and she likes to spend time with her friends and family.



Lea Rydel is a teacher in the Panda Bear room at PTP. She completed a teaching certificate program through Rasmussen College. Lea has been working with children for over four years. Lea has twin boys who are in infant room at PTP. Lea lives in Inver Grove Heights with her family.



Susie Flannagan is a substitute teacher at PTP, working in various classrooms as needed. She has her Bachelors Degree in Sociology from the University of St. Thomas, and she is currently completing her Masters Degree in Education. Susie has been working with young children for several years. She lives in Inver Grove Heights, within walking distance from the center. Susie is subbing for PTP this fall and for the local school district.



Sara Keppers is a teacher in the Care Bears classroom at PTP. She attended Rasmussen College to pursue her studies in Early Childhood Education. Sara has worked in a variety of childcare settings for over six years. She has two children that attend PTP. She lives in South St. Paul with her family.



Matt Malmberg is a substitute teacher at PTP. He has a BA Degree in Geography and Education Studies from Macalester College. Matt works as a paraprofessional at Friendly Hills Middle School in West St. Paul and coaches at Henry Sibly High School.





Stephanie Jiskra is a teacher in our Grizzly Bear and Polar Bear classrooms and the Fine Arts Coordinator at PTP. Stephanie has her BA degree from Metro State University with an individualized major in Empowering Young Children. Stephanie has worked in both licensed childcare settings and school-age settings. She helped teach sign language lesssons to deaf students at the MN Academy of the Deaf, and she was a member of the St. Thomas Symphonic Band. Stephanie lives in St. Paul, and she enjoys reading and scrapbooking. Miss Stephanie also teaches music classes at PTP.

Laura Peters is a substitute teacher at PTP. She has her BA Degree in Psychology, and has worked in a variety of childcare and youth programs. Laura lives in West St. Paul with her husband and son.



Samantha Keppers is an assistant teacher at PTP. She has attended both Stout University and Brown College. Samantha has worked in a licensed child care center for over two years, and she nannies for several families. Samantha lives in IGH with her family.

Nicole Zapf is a lead teacher in the Grizzly Bear classroom at PTP. Nicole has a BS Degree in Elementary Education with a minor in Early Childhood Education from NDSU. Nicole has a variety of experience working in licensed childcare and school-age settings.

Laura Roderick is a substitute teacher at PTP. She will be graduating with her BS Degree in Child Psychology this spring. Laura has worked with all age groups of children in various settings.


Samantha Wueste (Sam) is a teacher in the Bear Cubs toddler room. She has an Associates Degree from Inver Hills Community College. Sam is currently completing her BA Degree in Early Childhood Education at Concordia University in St. Paul. She enjoys track, gymnastics, and spending time with her family and friends. Sam is active in the IGH community.

Ryan Heyer is a substitute teacher at PTP. He has an Associates Degree from Inver Hills Community College. He plans to get his Bachelors Degree in Education from St. Cloud University. Ryan has been working with young children for three years. He enjoys fishing, hunting, and playing baseball.

Liz Oldfield is a teacher in the Panda Bear  classroom at PTP.  She has a Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education and a MN teaching license in Early Childhood Special Education.  She taught kindergarten for over 30 years, and is well loved by countless children.  Liz lives in South St. Paul with her husband, and she likes to read, knit, and be with people.



Nicole Ruehlow is a lead teacher in the Grizzly Bears classroom (middle preschool). She has her Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of Wisconsin. She has over seven years of experience working with young children in a variety of early childhood environments. She enjoys gardening, reading, and spending time with family. 



Chelsea VanDyck is a substitute teacher at PTP. Chelsea is a junior at Hamiline University where she is majoring in Criminal Justice, with a minor in Sociology. Chelsea has worked in licensed childcare programs, worked with youth summer camp programs, and taught youth dance classes. Chelsea lives in IGH, and she is on the University Dance Team.




Michaela Geffre is a substitute teacher at PTP. Michaela is currently attending Rasmussen College and has a son in the toddler room at PTP. She lives in Inver Grove Heights with her family.






Amy Daszkiewicz is a lead teacher in our Polar Bear classroom. She has her BS degree in Early Childhood Education with a minor in Special Education. Amy has worked with young children in a variety of settings.



Brooke Quinnell is a teaching aide at PTP working with various classrooms. She is currently attending Inver Hills Community College studying Child Development. Brooke lives in South St. Paul with her family.



Samantha Larson is a lead teacher in the Bear Cubs classroom at PTP. Sam has a BS in Elementary Education with a minor in Special Education from the University of Minnesota, Duluth. She has worked in variety of educational settings. Samantha is from Inver Grove Heights, but she lives in Minneapolis.

Erin Laurie is a teaching aide at PTP. Erin is currently attending Rasmussen College pursuing an Associates Degree in Child Development. Erin has experience working with children with special needs.
