Program Description: Pathways to Play is a high quality early childhood program that serves children ages 6 weeks through 6 years of age.
We use the Creative Curriculum model (published by Teaching Strategies) in our program: a child-oriented curriculum that engages children using hands-on activities, and focuses on all areas of their development. There are a variety of enrichment activities such as Spanish, sign-language, fine arts, youth fitness, and literacy programs. We have a full-time cook, and serve breakfast, lunch, and snack (none of our menu items have nuts).
Pathways to Play is open year-round, with both full-time and part-time schedules available. We are open from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday through Friday.
For severe weather, we follow the Inver Grove Heights School District (199) decision for closing on school days and make an independent decision on non-school days; school closings will be posted on WCCO Channel 4.
